My dad loves to eat. I think he loves to eat in the city of Puerto Vallarta most of all. Of course, our entire family supports dad's eating habit by sacrificing ourselves and accompanying him to restaurants, sitting alongside him, taking photos of our food with him, rating the food on a scale of 1 to 10 with him and, well . . . eating with him. Perhaps this explains why all of us are almost always on a diet. But I digress.
This past Sunday, on a whim, we skipped our normal restaurant places and went to La Palapa! Yummmmm! I believe this may be our #1 breakfast place from now on! So while my dad has to wait for his next trip to PV to try it out, in the meantime, we took pictures of our food in his honor.
Oh, and there are a few of us too. Note the happy smiles on our faces. This is a sign of very good food.
