While we watched Hurricane Jimena makes its way up the Pacific Coast this past weekend, we anticipated rainstorms and high tides. Little did we know it would also bring blessed relief from the summer heat . . . four straight days of cloudy skies and temps in the low 80s! And what does that mean at our home? We can heat the oven to make chocolate chip cookies!
